I recently stayed at a hotel in Livorno and had a fantastic experience. the location was superb, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all that Livorno has to offer. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast included was a nice touch, providing a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

Everything was OK, nothing that I would complain about.

It was fairly centrally located. I arrived at the livorno centrale train station quite late so the bus services had stopped running. It took me about 25 mins to walk from the station to the hotel. My plan was to visit the cruise terminal the next day which took me about 10 -15 minutes to walk to from the hotel the next morning. Hotel was nothing exceptional but met my needs. Staff were friendly enough.

Their was a few problems: they told me uncorrect time of breakfast' problems with instalation, air condition and electricity.They paid attention for my complanis and made me a reduction on price.

Confortable locatin' clean

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering its central location in Livorno. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing efficient service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with basic amenities provided in the rooms, and even the option to bring my own drinks. The fact that breakfast was included was a definite bonus.

The only minor downside was the tight parking situation, but overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

Recommended for transit hotel because the port of Livorno (ferries to Sardegna or Corse) is very close to the hotel.

I like in the hotel big and clean rooms.

There was not necessery equipment in the kitchen.

Pets allowed, friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean, central location, walking distance to beach/port/harbour and city centre, amenities and public transport nearby. One emoji: 🐾.

I only stayed in Livorno for 1 night, since I had to catch a flight the next morning at Pisa Airport. For this purpose this hotel was ideal. I wouldn't spend a whole week in this hotel, but for 1 or 2 nights it's definitely alright.

Conveniently located to cruise ship we were boarding, The staff "particularly the lady at reception" were helpful, one was a bit limited ibn his English, still much better than my Italian! We booked a twin room, got there it was a double, that was very promptly changed for another room, which was also double, third time lucky! Noisy outdoors, but we had been warned about that. Really no major complaints, we got value for money & convenience, which is all you can ask for Again, thanks William Ould

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful, even when I arrived in the middle of the night. The location was perfect, right on the main shopping street and close to the ferry terminal. The breakfast included was good, and I was pleased that there was parking available. The room was clean and had all the facilities I needed.

Nothing negative to say.

We were on our way to get onto the Sinfonia and had to stay in Livorno for 2 days. We book well in advance and had a few questions and request before our arrival. I sent the Inn a few emails and their responces was always very fast and informative. I really enjoyed my stay there.The were clean and conveniently close to all the places that we needed to be.

I liked everything about the Inn. The room was a good size. The Breakfast was good and enough. Staff was helpfull as much as they could be. What was very nice is that they had free internet and I could check my emails before departure.

The location was perfect, with close proximity to the canals and main monuments. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including jams, meat, cakes, and yogurt. The rooms were clean, and the staff, especially the young gentleman at check-in, were friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided secure parking in an underground garage with lockable boxes.
